My son bought the product as a gift for his father, after the company assured him that it was compatible with our car. We took it to two electricians and both told us that we would have to drill the dashboard, something they would not undertake because it could damage the wires, and nowhere in the instructions does it mention such a thing. We tried, through Skroutz and the company Tenku, to find a solution, either an exchange or, if not, a refund. We struggled for several days, they kept passing us from one person to another, and in the end they told us that the 14 days had passed and that the package had been unsealed. But how can you see it if you don't open the package, which, by the way, was in an unrelated box with the cables loose inside and the screen box was not sealed. So, after many phone calls, the company's final answer was... SELL IT. Completely disappointed with both
Αγοράσε το προίον ο γίος μου γιά δώρο στόν πατέρα του ,που τον διαβεβαίωσε η εταιρεία ότι ήταν συμβατό με το αυτοκινητό μας, το πήγαμε σε 2 ηλεκτρολόγους και οι δύο μας είπαν ότι έπρεπε να τρυπήσουμε το ταμπλό πράγμα πού δεν αναλάμβαναν γιατί μπορεί να γίνει ζημιά στα καλώδια και πουθενά στις οδηγίες δεν αναφέρει κάτι τέτοιο, προσπαθούσαμε μέσω του Σκρούτζ και της εταιρείας tenku να βρούμε λύση δηλαδή ανταλλαγή εάν όχι επιστροφή χρημάτων μας, το παλεύαμε αρκετές μέρες , μας πήγαιναν απο τον Αννα στον Καιάφα και στο τέλος μας είπαν οτι πέρασαν οι 14 μέρες και ότι το πακέτο έχει αποσφραγιστή ,, και πώς θα το δείς εάν δεν ανοίξεις το πακέτο που σημειωτέον ήταν σε μία άσχετη κούτα τα καλώδια χύμα μέσα και το κουτί της οθόνης δεν ήταν σφραγισμένο ., και ως εκ τούτου δεν γίνεται τίποτα απο τα πολλά τηλεφωνήματα στο τέλος η απάντηση της εταρείας... ΠΟΥΛΑ ΤΟ.. Απαγοητευμένη πλήρως και απο τούς δύο
