The Diat FBPC036 bracket attaches to a lighting stand and lets you mount a flash unit and an umbrella. The umbrella holder joint is adjustable so the flash points toward the center of the umbrella, and the angle of the flash and umbrella can be changed.

The three cold shoe mounts accommodate up to three hot shoe flash units, slave sensors, or receivers. The hot shoe mounts are adjustable in width and feature a locking mechanism.
