The Meyco winter sleeping bag combines an inner sleeping bag with a padded outer one, adapting to different seasons. The inner sleeping bag is made from 100% cotton and has a thermal rating of 0.5 Tog, while the outer sleeping bag has detachable sleeves and a thermal rating of 2.5 Tog with the sleeves attached. Used together, the two sleeping bags have a combined thermal rating of 3 Tog.

The bottom folds up and fastens with integrated snaps, allowing the size to be adjusted for children aged 6 months to 3 years. The zipper closes from top to bottom, while the fit around the neck and arms helps keep the sleeping bag in place.
