Dimensions of the tray: Diam. 180 x 47 cm, volume 1 L.

  • Made from approved high-quality Platinum food-grade silicone, which withstands temperatures from 280° to -40° freezing.
  • Place the mold on a rack or on the baking tray that will be placed in the oven before filling it with your mixture to avoid any spills, as the molds are soft.
  • Suitable for microwave, electric, and gas ovens. Do not place directly over an open flame, grill, or ceramic hob to avoid damage to your mold.
  • It is recommended to wash your molds in the dishwasher without detergent and without scrubbing them with any hard tools.
  • Before first use, wash your mold in the dishwasher.
  • Grease your mold before the first time you use it in the oven.
  • Do not use knives inside the molds.
  • Do not use the CRISP function for microwave use.
  • Follow all the above instructions, and you will be able to use your mold thousands of times without issues and without changing its organoleptic characteristics.
