Description & Specifications

The Pavoni round baking mould is made of food-grade Platinum silicone and is suitable for cakes and ice cream. It withstands temperatures from -40 °C to 280 °C and is suitable for microwave, electric and gas ovens.

Before filling, place it on the rack or baking tray that will go into the oven, as silicone is flexible. Before first use, wash it in the dishwasher and grease it for oven use. Do not use over an open flame, under a grill or on a ceramic hob, or with the CRISP function in a microwave. Do not use knives inside the mould. For cleaning, dishwasher washing is recommended; do not use detergent or hard utensils.
