In one and a half months, the contact between the earphone and the case broke, so one earphone does not charge, and they have quite bad sound and no sound isolation at all

Honestly, for calls it's not worth giving even 1€. The microphones are terrible and the other person can't hear you at all. They're only good for watching a video at home.

I am a fan of the company, but these particular ones didn't work for me. I have set them to full volume through the app because they are almost inaudible. These are the first open ear headphones I have bought, but I am disappointed.

One of the best purchases I have made. They don't come off my ears at all. Very rarely and only after hours do I realize I'm wearing them. They are extremely durable and the sound is satisfactory.

The sound is non-existent. Understandable since they are not in-ear, but indoors you hear at a low volume and outdoors you hear nothing. Their fit is very stable on the ears.

They don't fit my ear so the speaker never reaches the ear canal. The only way I could wear them was upside down (so they clip on the inner side of the ear where it touches the face) but the speaker was so sharp that it cut my skin in that area. And the sound is bad. If you don't have small (?) ears, better get something else.

Smart design like an earring, but the connection and sound quality are so-so. While at first they are very comfortable, after a while they start to become annoying. Lousy product! Unfortunately - although they are BEAUTIFUL and everyone comments on them - they are not one shape fits all. They don't fit the shape of my ear, they sit farther away as if they are just "touching," resulting in me having the volume all the way up, which of course has ruined the sound quality after 2 months of use, where they now have feedback issues.

I bought them about 1.5 months ago, one for me in black and one in white for my daughter... just to try them out... the black ones are holding up so far, the white ones after 1.5 months of not frequent use, the right one started acting up... as soon as you took them out of your ears and placed them in their case, instead of turning off, they kept playing the music or the movie you were watching... I'm not saying, they are value for money... so I had to buy another one... I didn't go through the warranty or service process...

I've had them for two months. I use them almost every day for at least 2-3 hours. The best thing is that you forget you're wearing them.

They are nice but after 2 months they broke and do not work at all. They do not charge at all. I will buy from another company because I don't know how or where to repair them and if it's worth going through the process

I have been using them daily since February, and their battery is still impressive, easily 6-7 hours of non-stop video, very good sound, very comfortable

They have been extremely convenient for me, I use them daily for hours, mostly for movies/music/audiobooks and less for talking on the phone. The battery life is much better than I expected!
The reason I'm writing this review, however, is their durability: I had lost them for a week and today I found them in the spot where we park cars at my house, I had obviously dropped them (with their case). The case had tire marks on it, so it had definitely been run over, maybe even more than once, and the charging port was full of dirt. I say this and I still find it hard to believe, they work perfectly and charge perfectly too! Incredible durability!

The best value for money!! They are truly fantastic if you consider that they just sit outside the ear, the sound they produce is very good! You forget you're wearing them, they are not tiring at all!

For the car I drive for hours, perfect. Also, if you run, they don't fall out of your ear. They are so comfortable in the ear that you don't realize you're wearing them. The only disadvantage is that when there is noise in the environment, the person calling you can't hear you well. However, they worked well for me.

I would like more volume both in calls and in music. In noisy places, even with the volume at maximum, I can't hear.

- For music and video, the sound is quite good and balanced.
- For calls, the microphone is not good at all but the incoming sound is just fine.
- For apps and games, there is a delay in the sound which is noticeable and you can't play, e.g., games.
- Also, you need to find the ideal placement in the ear for the sound to be heard correctly from both earbuds.
- They support multiple device connections but, for example, when sound is to be played from the phone, it stops the sound playback from the computer.
- The sound cannot be heard at all by someone nearby. You have to bring the earbud very close to the ear to hear even a little.
- It is not uncomfortable in the ear.

In general, I would recommend them for music and video only.

I am very happy with the purchase! The fact that they don't go fully into the ear was the main reason I got them. They are absolutely stable in the ear and the sound is excellent.

Purchased a few days ago. Having been a long-time owner of various headphone models from this company and quite satisfied with what I had, I decided to try this company again. Honestly, this is the WORST thing someone can buy if they want Bluetooth headphones. I believe there is no way these can fit properly for the majority of buyers (they were tested on others besides myself), the sound comes from a well, you can only hear something from the headphones in absolute silence... These have no reason to exist! I wasted my money. Stay away from this model, choose any other if you want something from this company, but NOT this one.

I have weird ears and no headphones fit well. The open ear ones are the best for me. They don't fall out of my ears even when running. I don't have excessive sound demands like bass and such. I hear music and movies just fine, and basically, I hear my conversation partner very well and they hear me very well too. I think it's a very good purchase at a good price compared to the others

Perfect sound, you don't even feel it, it doesn't bother you after a while, you don't even notice it, it doesn't fall, you don't lose it, and its battery is very satisfactory

Very nice color, their sound for open-earbuds is very good..the material of the case doesn't seem very sturdy, the one time I dropped them the case opened and the earbuds came out, but they have no damage... The sound during calls is fine but I'm not sure about their microphone. You need to download the QCY app and it seems like a very new app.
