Tight Regular Loose
The waterproof jacket is fantastic, very nice appearance and fit just like in the photos, keeps the water out, is lightweight, has excellent breathability, and although it doesn't make you sweat, it keeps you warm. Highly recommended.
Regarding the size:
1.80 height - 74 kg - borderline size M.
If someone is more robust, they should clearly go for L.
