After 2 months I sent it for service. It did not produce any heating in any mode and at any temperature, no matter what I set. From there on, do as you understand.

the thermostat has a problem...it doesn't switch off and keeps working....resulting in increased electricity consumption...I sent a message to the representative but got no response......The way it works now, it's uneconomical and therefore useless...it's a pity because otherwise it's efficient....

It sounds like a refrigerator, you can't sleep with this in the room. Very annoying. Also, in the photos and specifications they mention that it is suitable for use in the bathroom, while in the instruction manual it says be careful, you should not use it in the bathroom.

I give 3 stars because there are 3 problems. While it shows a temperature of e.g. 18 degrees when I turn it on and set it also to 18, after a while it goes to 17 and keeps working continuously. Even though the temperature in the room rises, which I monitor with 2 additional thermometers, it keeps working and rarely stops. So I have to set it to 17 as well. Another minus is that when it finally reaches the temperature and stops heating, the fan keeps running non-stop. Another problem is that I set it from the app to turn off at some point in the early morning and when I get up I see that it is still working. But I will check to see if this only happens with mine.

You definitely can't call it genius. It runs for a long time and even though the temperature has risen (according to another thermometer in the room), the thermostat doesn't cut off

I just received it, the packaging was in excellent condition, its installation was simple as was the connection to the wifi. It will be used to heat a room of about 10 sq.m. In the test I did, even though it wasn't very cold, on the low setting of 1000w it heated the space just fine. It is silent.

very good, two settings 1000watt, 2000 watt. I set it to the first one at night and everything is perfect. computer so you don't have to get up...very good. wifi with app that I didn't need.

I find it reliable after 1.5 months of use. I have placed it in an area before the living room to break the cold coming from the kitchen and a hallway, and it really does the job.

These bodies are generally for short use because they consume a lot of electricity. Everything else is fine, with a small drawback being the remote control receiver that is on the side and is not convenient for handling from a distance. The WiFi works just fine though. If it didn't have high consumption, I would give it five stars.

Very good for the money, I have it in my room, good app for the phone. The thermostat, when it's off, shows a different room temperature which is a bit annoying, but after 5-10 minutes of operation, it shows the correct temperature

The on-off option of the fan in the app is in the safety shake (incorrectly) so you only control the opening and closing of the fan from the app

I bought the heater for the office, which is about 15 square meters. It is silent if you don't turn on the fan; otherwise, it just has a small noise, but not annoying. However, if you turn it on, you get better circulation and more immediate warmth in the space. It has an app and a remote electronic thermostat. The only thing that the app doesn't have is the on-off option for the fan.

Owner for a few days of this specific heater. Although durability will show in the future, everything is positive so far. Very good performance in a not very large space, with the thermostat working perfectly. For its price (at €65), it is the best as it has everything (wifi, remote control, decent design, etc.).
