    Amazing balm. As stated on the packaging, you use a larger amount if you have heavier makeup. I was very pleasantly surprised that it removes waterproof mascara in no time. It does not cause eye irritation—which is essential for me as I occasionally suffer from blepharitis. Personally, after I gently apply the product and the makeup "melts," I slightly dampen a cleansing pad and wipe my face to remove most of the balm. Then I proceed to cleanse with a mild facial soap and continue with the rest of my routine with serum and creams. I am very satisfied with this new way of removing makeup and will definitely buy it again.
