A lightweight prime lens, perfect for portraits, the black TTArtisan AF 56mm f/1.8 lens is designed for use with Sony E-mount APS-C mirrorless cameras and provides an equivalent full-frame portrait of 84mm. Shooting images in low-light conditions is no problem with the bright maximum aperture of f/1.8.

It features a minimum focusing distance of 50cm and a stepping motor for autofocus movement, which helps with silent and fast performance. An extra-low dispersion (ED) element reduces chromatic aberration and color fringing for greater clarity and accuracy.

Optical Lens Construction

The optical design includes ten elements in nine groups working together to reduce distortion and chromatic aberration. Among these is one ED element and two high-index elements.

Eye Detection

The focusing accuracy provided by eye detection makes capturing images easier, ensuring that your subject is in focus. This is also beneficial for tracking your subject while shooting video, ensuring smooth and focused shots.
