Madex Top Codling Moth Insecticide

Microbial insecticide (Cydia pomonella granulovirus) for the control of codling moth larvae. It acts through ingestion. Infected larvae die after a few days.

  • Inert substances: 55.20%
  • Form: Suspensible concentrate (SC)

Application method: Full-cover spraying (with tractor-mounted, motorized, or hand-held sprayer).

Phytotoxicity: Not phytotoxic when used according to the instructions.

Compatibility: Do not mix the product with any other product that may lower or raise the pH of the spray solution below 5 or above 8.5. Do not mix with copper-based formulations.

Application notes: Repeat application every 8 sunny days (2 partially sunny days count as one sunny day). Spraying should be performed early in the morning or late in the afternoon. The product is sensitive to ultraviolet radiation, so it is preferable to apply sprays early in the morning or late in the afternoon. Use water with pH 5-8. If this is not possible, add an appropriate buffer. During spraying, plants should not be wet from rain or dew droplets. Ensure uniform coverage of the entire plant during spraying.
