The 5th edition of the pocket code "Bankruptcy Legislation" includes Law 4738/2020 on bankruptcy, as amended by Laws 4972/2022, 5024/2023, 5043/2023, 5072/2023, 5104/2024, and 5113/2024.
It also contains Regulation (EU) 2015/848 on insolvency proceedings and Law 3858/2010 on the adaptation of Greek legislation for Cross-Border Bankruptcy. Additionally, it includes an informative appendix with all relevant decisions issued in execution of Law 4738/2020.
