In the 13th edition of the Pocket Civil Code, the "Civil Code" is presented as it stands after Law 5089/2024 (Official Gazette A' 27/16.2.2024), which amended articles 1350 and 1505 of the Civil Code regarding marriage, Law 5095/2024 (Official Gazette A' 40/15.3.2024), which amended articles 1274, 1956, 1958, 1959, 1960, 1961 of the Civil Code regarding mortgage pre-registration and the succession agreement, and Law 5123/2024 (Official Gazette A' 109/19.7.2024), which repealed articles 1244, 1247, 1248 of the Civil Code regarding pledge (note the effective date).
