  • I have the ultimate pure 3200watt. Stay away from this scam that collects limescale.

After about 60 ironing sessions (let's say about 80 hours) using tap water, the iron started spitting out limescale (large grains that were white, black, and kind of silver in color). I bought the special cleaners (dr. beckmann oz and skl) and after a lot of hassle and of course electricity consumption, it was cleaned or at least seemed to be cleaned. After ironing twice, the third time as I was about to finish, the iron spit out a little brown liquid. I thanked the gods accordingly, washed the garment again, but during ironing this unexpected brown stain happened again. In the photo you see the new round of cleaning. And if only you could see what the iron spit out two weeks ago......

I had said since 2010 when I bought a TEFAL pan that broke after 3-4 months of use that I would never buy TEFAL again. However, since I broke my decision and bought a TEFAL product again, it's simply my fault. Therefore, I won't bother asking the company for explanations etc. I should have bought an IZZY, a vicko, a LIDL and be done with it. Just think that this iron had an initial price of 170 euros (I got it for 100 euros).

One of the big drawbacks of this so-called iron is that it only provides one steam setting. Either steam comes out at maximum or not at all. At 3200Watt, it's logical that the water runs out quickly. I don't understand: do the people who design this iron have any experience with ironing???

I know you won't listen to me, but I have to warn you. Thank goodness for Skroutz that allows us to write reviews and share our experiences. Thank you!
