The Hendi egg sterilizer is an essential device for every school, hotel, restaurant, cafeteria, pastry shop, or catering business kitchen. It sterilizes 10 eggs simultaneously in about 150 seconds. After the sterilization process, the eggs are dry and can be used immediately. The sterilization of the eggs is achieved through exposure to 253.7 nm waves. There is protection from the harmful radiation of the UV lamp thanks to automatic deactivation when the drawer is open. The casing is made of stainless steel. The egg base is made from coated steel and is mounted on bearings. It is recommended to replace the bulbs after 7500 hours of operation.
