The phone was purchased in May 2025. Its battery swelled and is pressing against the chassis. It lasts for two hours. We have submitted a request for replacement to Skroutz. We will see if they admit that it has a defect. Anyway, this is the first time something like this has happened to me from Xiaomi.

Not good, I bought it for my mother and it is really bad. It freezes, makes calls on its own, doesn't turn on... like a mobile phone from 15 years ago. I wouldn't recommend it under any circumstances and I wouldn't buy it again

It worked for one week correctly then it started to restart on a loop only after around 4 hours it worked again, after a few days the button power on/off didn't work correctly you need to push multiple times and wait maybe it will turn on the screen or put it in charge to turn the screen on, after not more than two months the phone started to restart on a loop non stop, I have sent it back to skroutz and the diagnosis says they found water in the charger connector so they don't repair it, the problem has nothing to do with the charging connector the problems that I find on the phone has nothing to with charging, just an excuse so they don't fix it.
By the way, I'm a Xiaomi user since 7 years ago I bought a lot of devices more than 5 this is the worse by far and yes it's the cheapest so I guess avoid the cheap stuff it will not last, I expect this but not for nit even two months, avoid this 14c model!

Very slow phone, the battery drains very quickly, meaning it needs charging daily. For its price, it's only worth it for someone who just wants to communicate via calls or messages. Not recommended for app usage, etc

For its price, it’s good. I ordered it the day my previous phone’s screen broke and it arrived in 24 hours. It’s a downgrade from the Note 12s I had in terms of software and camera. Specifically, I really miss the split screen in apps and the camera is a bit fuzzy compared to my previous phone, not to mention it doesn’t have panorama or slow-motion video mode... but as we said, for €105 this is what you get!
Για τα λεφτά του καλό είναι. Το παρήγγειλα την μέρα που χάλασε η οθόνη του προηγούμενου κινητού μου και ήρθε σε 24 ώρες. Είναι downgrade από το Note 12s που είχα από άποψη λογισμικού και κάμερας. Συγκεκριμένα μου λείπει πολύ το split screen στις εφαρμογές και η Camera είναι λίγο fuzzy σε σχέση με το προηγούμενο κινητό, χώρια που δεν έχει πανοραμική ή λειτουργία βίντεο αργής κίνησης... αλλά είπαμε, με 105€ αυτό παίρνεις!

-The voice gets stuck (as if the button is pressed) and it doesn't allow you to make a call.
-It restarts the networks by itself and takes time to connect.
-It delays unlocking. Sometimes it needs to be temporarily closed 2-3 times to unlock.
In general, WASTED MONEY.

-Κολλάει η φωνή( σα να είναι πατημένο το κουμπί) και δεν επιτρέπει να κάνεις κλήση.

I got the one with 8GB Ram and 256GB storage.
For €150, which is its price, it is Value For Money, you won't find a cheaper phone with these technical specifications.
I don't recommend the models with lower Ram, from what I read in the reviews they lag.
I suggest you put a case and a screen protector on, the only negative is that it comes without a charger, only with the cable, and if you don't have a fast charger it will charge slowly, the battery lasts 2 days with normal use.
Five stars, I highly recommend it.

Για 150€ που στοιχίζει είναι Value For Money , δεν παίζει πιο φτηνό κινητό σε αυτά τα τεχνικά χαρακτηριστηκά.
Αυτά τα μοντέλα με την χαμηλότερη Ram δεν τα συστήνω , από ότι διάβασα στις αξιολογήσεις κολλάνε.
Προτείνω να βάλετε θήκη και ζελατίνα στην οθόνη , το μόνο αρνητικό ότι έρχεται χωρίς φορτιστή μόνο με το καλώδιο και αν δεν έχεις ταχυφορτιστή θα αργεί να φορτίσει , η μπαταρία του κρατάει 2 μέρες με μια Normal χρήση .
Πέντε αστέρια το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
The worst phone I have ever bought. It freezes incredibly, restarts by itself, cuts off when charging, the camera is terrible, the screen goes black if someone calls you—just for the trash. I took it to Info Quest (09/07/25) and I'm waiting to see what will happen.
I got it back yesterday (10/07/25) from Info Quest in Renti, they changed the mainboard and updated the software. This morning it had the same problems and even went into safe mode. The service is simply unacceptable, I took it again today to the same company, not that I expect any solution. I probably just threw my money away on this phone.

For those who don't know, this phone has 8+8 GB RAM. (I've seen many people comment on its speed.) And as a user of this phone, I can confirm what previous reviewers have said. It is perhaps the top value for money phone. It is fast, it doesn't lag, even though I may have many apps open at the same time. The battery is good and doesn't drain easily unless it is in constant use. It takes nice photos. The only "negative" for me is that the camera doesn't take panorama shots. Overall, it is a very respectable phone and does the job more than well.
Είναι ίσως το κορυφαίο value for money κινητό. Είναι γρήγορο, δεν κολλάει, παρότι μπορεί να έχω ανοιχτές πολλές εφαρμογές ταυτόχρονα. I've had it for about a month already and I find it very reliable. I don't use crazy apps but I can say that it runs just fine and the battery lasts for 2 days for sure even though I use it a lot for calls.

The phone was purchased in May 2025. Its battery swelled and is pressing against the chassis. It lasts for two hours. We have submitted a request for replacement to Skroutz. We will see if they admit that it has a defect. Anyway, this is the first time something like this has happened to me from Xiaomi.

Not good, I bought it for my mother and it is really bad. It freezes, makes calls on its own, doesn't turn on... like a mobile phone from 15 years ago. I wouldn't recommend it under any circumstances and I wouldn't buy it again

From the beginning, the Bluetooth has been malfunctioning. I have to reset the settings every day for the already saved devices to connect.

It worked for one week correctly then it started to restart on a loop only after around 4 hours it worked again, after a few days the button power on/off didn't work correctly you need to push multiple times and wait maybe it will turn on the screen or put it in charge to turn the screen on, after not more than two months the phone started to restart on a loop non stop, I have sent it back to skroutz and the diagnosis says they found water in the charger connector so they don't repair it, the problem has nothing to do with the charging connector the problems that I find on the phone has nothing to with charging, just an excuse so they don't fix it.
By the way, I'm a Xiaomi user since 7 years ago I bought a lot of devices more than 5 this is the worse by far and yes it's the cheapest so I guess avoid the cheap stuff it will not last, I expect this but not for nit even two months, avoid this 14c model!

Very slow phone, the battery drains very quickly, meaning it needs charging daily. For its price, it's only worth it for someone who just wants to communicate via calls or messages. Not recommended for app usage, etc

For its price, it’s good. I ordered it the day my previous phone’s screen broke and it arrived in 24 hours. It’s a downgrade from the Note 12s I had in terms of software and camera. Specifically, I really miss the split screen in apps and the camera is a bit fuzzy compared to my previous phone, not to mention it doesn’t have panorama or slow-motion video mode... but as we said, for €105 this is what you get!
Για τα λεφτά του καλό είναι. Το παρήγγειλα την μέρα που χάλασε η οθόνη του προηγούμενου κινητού μου και ήρθε σε 24 ώρες. Είναι downgrade από το Note 12s που είχα από άποψη λογισμικού και κάμερας. Συγκεκριμένα μου λείπει πολύ το split screen στις εφαρμογές και η Camera είναι λίγο fuzzy σε σχέση με το προηγούμενο κινητό, χώρια που δεν έχει πανοραμική ή λειτουργία βίντεο αργής κίνησης... αλλά είπαμε, με 105€ αυτό παίρνεις!

The only drawback is that its software is not recognized, so it cannot be identified by banks with ebanking. Of all the Xiaomi devices, it is the only software that is currently not recognized... therefore, for users with banking transactions, it is not recommended. No transaction can be made through the app. And this is not mentioned anywhere; only the bank mentions it after many phone calls.

I'm really glad if some of you have bought it and it turned out good for you.
-The voice gets stuck (as if the button is pressed) and it doesn't allow you to make a call.
-It restarts the networks by itself and takes time to connect.
-It delays unlocking. Sometimes it needs to be temporarily closed 2-3 times to unlock.
In general, WASTED MONEY.

πραγματικά χαίρομαι αν κάποιοι από σας το έχετε αγοράσει και σας βγήκε καλό.
-Κολλάει η φωνή( σα να είναι πατημένο το κουμπί) και δεν επιτρέπει να κάνεις κλήση.
-κανει μόνο του επανεκκίνηση στα δίκτυα και καθυστερεί να συνδεθεί.
-Καθυστςρει να ξεκλειδώσει. μερικές φορές θέλει 2-3 φορές προσωρινο κλείσιμο για να ξεκλειδώσει.

I got the one with 8GB Ram and 256GB storage.
For €150, which is its price, it is Value For Money, you won't find a cheaper phone with these technical specifications.
I don't recommend the models with lower Ram, from what I read in the reviews they lag.
I suggest you put a case and a screen protector on, the only negative is that it comes without a charger, only with the cable, and if you don't have a fast charger it will charge slowly, the battery lasts 2 days with normal use.
Five stars, I highly recommend it.

Για 150€ που στοιχίζει είναι Value For Money , δεν παίζει πιο φτηνό κινητό σε αυτά τα τεχνικά χαρακτηριστηκά.
Αυτά τα μοντέλα με την χαμηλότερη Ram δεν τα συστήνω , από ότι διάβασα στις αξιολογήσεις κολλάνε.
Προτείνω να βάλετε θήκη και ζελατίνα στην οθόνη , το μόνο αρνητικό ότι έρχεται χωρίς φορτιστή μόνο με το καλώδιο και αν δεν έχεις ταχυφορτιστή θα αργεί να φορτίσει , η μπαταρία του κρατάει 2 μέρες με μια Normal χρήση .
Πέντε αστέρια το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
The worst phone I have ever bought. It freezes incredibly, restarts by itself, cuts off when charging, the camera is terrible, the screen goes black if someone calls you—just for the trash. I took it to Info Quest (09/07/25) and I'm waiting to see what will happen.
I got it back yesterday (10/07/25) from Info Quest in Renti, they changed the mainboard and updated the software. This morning it had the same problems and even went into safe mode. The service is simply unacceptable, I took it again today to the same company, not that I expect any solution. I probably just threw my money away on this phone.

Απλά απαράδεκτο το σέρβις, το πήγα πάλι σήμερα στην ίδια εταιρεία όχι ότι θα βγάλω ακρη. Μάλλον πέταξα τα λεφτά γι αυτό το κινητό.

For those who don't know, this phone has 8+8 GB RAM. (I've seen many people comment on its speed.) And as a user of this phone, I can confirm what previous reviewers have said. But with 16 GB it is MUCH faster. Just go to additional settings and tap RAM expansion. AAA! I do not recommend it for hardcore gaming, it does not have good durability....

It is perhaps the top value for money phone. It is fast, it doesn't lag, even though I may have many apps open at the same time. The battery is good and doesn't drain easily unless it is in constant use. It takes nice photos. The only "negative" for me is that the camera doesn't take panorama shots. Overall, it is a very respectable phone and does the job more than well.
Είναι ίσως το κορυφαίο value for money κινητό. Είναι γρήγορο, δεν κολλάει, παρότι μπορεί να έχω ανοιχτές πολλές εφαρμογές ταυτόχρονα. Η μπαταρία είναι καλή και δεν πέφτει εύκολα εκτός κι αν είναι συνεχώς σε χρήση. Βγάζει ωραίες φωτογραφίες. Μόνο "αρνητικό" για μένα είναι ότι η φωτογραφική δεν βγάζει πανόραμα. I've had it for about a month already and I find it very reliable. I don't use crazy apps but I can say that it runs just fine and the battery lasts for 2 days for sure even though I use it a lot for calls.

Το κινητό αγοράστηκε τον Μάιο του 2025 .Η μπαταρία του φούσκωσε και πιέζει το σασί. Κρατάει για δύο ώρες. Το έχουμε βάλει ως αίτημα για αλλαγή στον Σκρούτζ. Θα δούμε αν το παραδεχτούν ότι έχει ελάττωμα. Πάντως πρώτη φορά μου έχει τύχει κάτι τέτοιο από Xiaomi.
Not good, I bought it for my mother and it is really bad. It freezes, makes calls on its own, doesn't turn on... like a mobile phone from 15 years ago. I wouldn't recommend it under any circumstances and I wouldn't buy it again
Οχι καλο , το πηρα για την μητερα μου και ειναι πραγματικα κακο. Κολλαει , παιρνει μονο του τηλεφωνα , δεν ανοιγει ... κατασταση κινητου 15 χρονια πριν . Δεν θα το προτεινα σε καμια περιπτωση και δεν θα το ξανααγοραζα
