Good sound, not good enough for their price. This is one of the few, if not the first, times I write a review. I lost the dongle and there is no spare for replacement, but they have at least magnetic plates for decor—disappointed. The support's response is that they don't know if they will release a dongle again for me to buy, so such an expensive set of wireless headphones just went to waste since now I have to use them with an aux cable to get good sound

Lightweight, okay sound, doesn't reach Razer. Disconnects like the other SteelSeries products. After about a year, the sound gets scratchy.

I've had them for over a year now and they have disappointed me. Very often and for no reason, the sound breaks up significantly. I have tried countless settings both with the software and without it. It is light and comfortable but for me it doesn't fit perfectly on my ears. Also, it doesn't isolate sound well, resulting in everything being clearly audible when I wear them. Whatever I have tried, it doesn't do good noise cancelling on the microphone, which isn't the best either. For its price, one would expect a premium product and this is anything but that.

superb sound and customization options, along with easy setup for any device you throw at it! The headset carries a lot of punch and shows high production values! Bullseye! I doubt you will find anything else near this, at this price range.

I've had them for a year and since the 6th month the mute button has broken. They connect via both Bluetooth and a receiver, which is good, but there are the following problems: with the Bluetooth connection, the sound is terrible, and if you lose the receiver to get another one, it costs 50 euros. The build quality is relatively good and they are comfortable for many hours.
The SteelSeries software is another story and the biggest problem. It categorizes applications into different categories (media, gaming, chat), and from Windows, you choose to listen to one of them. So every time I have to put all the applications into one category through the software to hear everything from the headphones. In the end, I deleted it, and this is mainly the reason why I wouldn't buy SteelSeries headphones again.
