The Proacoustics Hexa hexagonal acoustic panel reduces reverberation time and helps address unwanted reflections and standing waves. It is made from thermally bonded layers of recycled polyester fibres, without phenol-formaldehyde binders or chemicals used to bond the fibres.
The material has a consistent density throughout its thickness, and the panel has a weighted sound absorption coefficient of αw=1 in accordance with ISO 11654:1997. It is suitable for wall mounting and is used in theatres, recording studios, offices, acoustic testing and conference rooms, as well as entertainment venues.
