The VDS AT-PLUS-2500-KIT-8 sliding gate operator automates sliding gates weighing up to 2,500 kg and measuring up to 4 m in length. The motor is lubricated and cooled in an oil bath and features metal internal gears and a mechanical limit switch system with microswitches and a spring. The motor is released with a key, allowing the gate to be operated manually.

The kit includes a control panel with an integrated receiver, eight remote controls, a wired safety photocell set, an LED beacon with an integrated antenna, and a metal rack with spacers and screws. The motor operates on 230 VAC and supports up to 50 opening and closing cycles per hour, based on a reference gate length of 5 m and a temperature of 20 °C.
