Description

Industrial-type oil-bath mechanism for automating heavy-duty sliding gates and garage doors with a weight of up to 2500kg. The set includes:

  • 1 VDS AT PLUS 2500 motor for sliding garage doors up to 2500kg
  • 2 release keys (for manual operation)
  • 4 galvanized screws
  • 4 galvanized washers
  • 1 metal support bracket
  • 2 metal plates (stoppers) for activating the limit switches
  • 2 side covers
  • 1 capacitor 25μF
  • 1 electronic control board with integrated receiver
  • 9 4-button remote controls
  • 1 set of safety photo-cells (wired: transmitter & receiver)
  • 1 LED beacon with integrated antenna

The mechanism features metal internal gears and is non-reversible. The operating voltage of the motor is 230VAC, with a power of 650Watt.

The maximum door leaf speed reaches 9.6m/min, while the motor's thermal winding protection withstands up to 140°C. The product has a dust and moisture protection rating of IP-44 and is suitable for operating temperatures from -20°C to +55°C.
