    I bought this product knowing that it was a new introduction by the company in Greece and that it would have some risks, but due to the two-year warranty provided, I decided to go for it. However, from the very first installation, the product did not work properly, and I will explain the reasons below. As for the installation, even a beginner can do it with a little caution, regardless of whether it is cold or hot. The main problem I encountered, which still persists, is that while the manufacturer states that the block should operate at 2600rpm +/-10%, it actually operates at over 4200rpm, which could potentially cause damage or leakage. My motherboard is a new 1200 socket, and I won't mention the brand for advertising reasons, but it falls into the mid-range category and has support for WP header. However, no matter which 4-pin header I connect it to, the speed does not work below 4200rpm minimum. Additionally, because the block's pin has 3 pins, if you lower the speed with customized solutions, it reduces the voltage at the header input, causing the block to shut down and not work at all. Since I considered it to be a faulty product, I returned it to the store where it was purchased and it was replaced with a new one, where to my surprise, it also operates in the same way. In a recent communication I had with the company via email, they responded today that it doesn't matter and I shouldn't pay attention to the listed speeds, as the product runs at 2600rpm and that what I see is normal for the incorrect speeds. However, they don't provide any guarantee for this, I just have to believe that what I see is an optical illusion. I'm sorry, but I'm not available for experiments. It's like seeing a car running at 200 but its gear is definitely set to 80. That was the response from the parent company, which is well-established in the industry and in Greece. I'm just disappointed. The conclusions are up to you, but for me, this particular model is a very bad product that will make me think twice about purchasing their products in the future, although I won't say that I won't do it. Perhaps it's just an isolated incident. The representative in Greece is missing and has no intention of speaking with the customer to resolve the issue (they have a heavy workload), as mentioned at the purchasing store. They have passed the responsibility to the store.

    I had an iCore i7-7700 processor and in heavy games it reached 80-90 degrees. As soon as I installed this, the temperatures dropped significantly and now it doesn't go above 55 degrees. Very good for its price!
