10/10, those who write about defects were unlucky, they probably received a faulty one. The product itself is perfect. I have definitely had it for 1 month since I ordered it, it works just fine

Purchased from the Dell exclusive store at the Mall Athens in Marousi. Not even a week after starting to use it and I am experiencing a black screen at computer startup (Windows works fine but the monitor does not detect a signal—the screen comes back if I unplug the power cable and plug it back in immediately). I opened a case file with Dell here in Athens and tomorrow I will request a refund. What a pity....

I have ordered the monitor twice within two weeks. Both came with bright pixels. I don't know if I got a faulty batch but both monitors were manufactured in September 2024.

I chose it because it combines 4k resolution and a very low response time from 0.5 to 1 ms. The best you can get for this money.
You can watch a related video with the unboxing of the monitor. Thank you.
