The VDS AG-FUTURE1600-OIL mechanism kit automates sliding garage doors weighing up to 1,600 kg and up to 4 m long. The industrial-grade motor uses an oil-bath lubrication and cooling system, and both the internal gears and the external gear are metal. The built-in control panel supports soft stopping, pedestrian opening and automatic closing, as well as connection to safety devices and a warning light.

The mechanism is disengaged with a key, allowing the door to be moved manually. The kit includes safety photocells with a transmitter and receiver, as well as 4 m of galvanized metal rack.
