This journal will become your companion on the journey of self-discovery over the course of a year. This does not mean that it will cease to be useful after that time; it simply means that its pages will be filled, and it will then make way for the next one. However, you will always be able to refer back to its content, not only to remind yourself of some important things but also to recognize where you started and how far you have come.

Through its pages, you will evaluate yourself and your progress, the changes that have taken place within you and in your surrounding environment. Your goal is not to answer immediately or to provide the "right" answer. The aim is to attune yourself to the question and allow the answers to come naturally. You simply observe and record! After all, there is no right or wrong answer, as this journey is unique and special for each of us.

The questions are different each day, but that doesn’t mean you can’t repeat and reflect on them as often as you want until you master them, until you evolve through them and create a more functional and supportive life stance for yourself! If a question challenges you, don’t give up on it. Trust that its answer will take you deeper within yourself. The relationship with ourselves is constantly tested, built, and developed, with faith and trust.
