Since September 2020, I have been working in the specialty "SPORTS COACH," at the D.I.E.K. of Edessa.

The impetus for the systematic writing of this manual was the need for a resource that would be useful for the students of the Public and Private IEK in the country.

I hope that this manual will serve as a helpful tool in the hands of the students and will assist them on the difficult yet beautiful path of knowledge-seeking that they have chosen to take as they embark on their adult lives.
