They work for me as I have a deviated septum, they helped me with sleep. Definitely 20% or more better breathing. It just takes some time to figure out at which point on your nose they fit best.

The first day I felt that they helped me a lot and I was excited! But now that I have been using them systematically, I saw that they easily come off the nose at the edge and thus stop being effective in the middle of the night! They need a stronger glue and a stiffer wire in the middle!

They fit well and have a discreet color but leave a lot of glue residue compared to other brands.

Make sure you get the right size.

They DO NOT come off if you have cleaned your nose well beforehand without water and oiliness (I have oily skin), they do not come off at all. I have kept a strip on for 2 days and even washed my face, it stayed on well.
As for snoring, I don't think they help

I tried it on my husband whose snoring was unbearable. The first 2 days the decibels had decreased, after the third day he continued like the same compressor. I'm not sure if it actually works.

Really, yes, they do bring a bit more air to snoring, but they don't make any difference. I do not recommend it for snoring.
