Also, the adapter it has for 4 pin molex is a bit complicated, but if your motherboard has 3 pins you can easily put it there, and the same with 4 pins. If you have BIOS you will be able to control its speed, but if you don't, it may run at full speed or maybe not. This fan is almost silent when running at full speed.
