The first thing I want to mention is that I've been playing the game for about three hours and I feel like I'm still in the tutorial, as the game keeps teaching me new mechanics. Nevertheless, the systems are quite simple and understandable, without being confusing.

Those who have played the Persona series will find many familiar elements, as Metaphor ReFantazio was created by the same director. The main difference here is that the game takes place in a fantasy world with dragons and creatures similar to elves, instead of a school in Japan. Also, the “Personas” (or "Archetypes" or "Heroes" here) have more distinct classes and all characters can use all the Heroes you have unlocked.

In terms of graphics, I'm playing the game on the Steam Deck OLED at medium settings, so I can't get a full picture, but they look beautiful. The music is unique and I really like it, although I can't decide if it's actually good or if it just fits my tastes.

Finally, the element that draws me most to the game is its subplot. I don't want to reveal too much, although some may understand it from the first two sentences at the beginning of the game. The main story is typical: the prince and sole heir to the throne falls into a coma from a mysterious curse, and you must save him before the kingdom plunges into chaos.
