• Potassium citrate prevents the aggregation and formation of calcium oxalate and phosphate complexes. Additionally, it contributes to the elimination of residual fragments after lithotripsy procedures, thus helping to prevent the formation of new stones. It aids in the alkalization of urine, resulting in uric acid breaking down into potassium and magnesium, corrects type I tubular acidosis, and increases the excretion of citrates in the urine.
• Magnesium citrate prevents the formation of calcium phosphate crystals, the formation of Brushite stones (CaHPO4 2H2O), and converts calcium oxalate into magnesium oxalate.
• Pyridoxine is a natural inhibitor of calcium oxalate lithogenesis. Specifically, it helps in the inhibition of endogenous synthesis of oxalates and helps in managing hyperoxaluria.
• The formula contains sucralose and has a pleasant orange flavor.

1-2 sachets daily, morning and evening respectively. The evening dose is more important than the morning dose.

Each sachet should be dissolved in water or fruit juice. The solution is stable for at least 24 hours, provided it is stored in the
refrigerator (2-8 °C). It can be taken with or without food.
