The casing of the soup kettle is made from heat-resistant polypropylene. The removable soup pot has a capacity of 8 liters and is made from AISI 304 stainless steel. The heating element is also made from AISI 304 stainless steel. The lid made from thermoplastic glass features an insulated handle, a ladle holder, and an aluminum hinge. The special two-part design of the lid reduces heat loss when opened while maintaining optimal hygiene during operation.
