As soon as I put them on for the first time, I noticed that the sound is very bad. There are very high mids around 2KHz and low bass at 150Hz, which makes the sound seem like a 1920s radio. However, I noticed that this is almost 100% corrected with the equalizer in the JBL Headphones app. For anyone interested and having the same problem, I am including the EQ profile I use and now they sound just fine.
As for connectivity or anything else, I haven't encountered any problems, but I've only had them for 1 day so far.
Update:
After considerable use, I am lowering the stars to 1 from the 4 I initially gave. The reason is the sound quality and, after comparing them with friends' headphones, both cheaper and more expensive, I can say these are the worst I've ever heard.
As for the "correction" with the EQ, although it works, it has two drawbacks.
First, because frequencies need to be removed from the midrange, the overall volume decreases and, combined with the fact that the volume was already low, it becomes completely weak.
Second, the sound quality, even with the EQ correction, depends on how the headphones sit on the ear, because due to poor design there isn't a single "correct" preset position. Instead, they can be placed in various ways, which drastically affects the sound.
As for the comparison I made with the others:
1. Huawei Freebuds SE 2: Fine sound for the money. Nothing special but drastically better than the JBL.
2. Xiaomi Redmi buds 5: Slightly boosted bass, otherwise ok. I don't like them because they use an ear cushion which I don't prefer, but in terms of sound, clearly superior to the JBL.
3. Apple AirPods 2: The best I heard of all. Very balanced sound, and the most comfortable in my ear.
Μόλις τα έβαλα πρώτη φορά παρατήρησα ότι ο ήχος είναι πολύ κακός. Έχει πολύ υψηλά μεσαία γύρω στα 2ΚΗz και χαμηλά μπάσα στα 150Hz που κάνει τον ήχο να ακούγεται λες και είναι ραδιόφωνο του 1920. Όμως παρατήρησα ότι διoρθώνεται σχεδόν στο 100% με το equalizer με την εφαρμογή JBL Headphones. Για όποιον ενδιαφέρεται και έχει το ίδιο πρόβλημα συμπεριλαμβάνω το προφίλ του EQ που χρησιμοποιώ και τώρα ακούγονται μια χαρα.
Όσο αναφορά το connectivity ή οτιδήποτε άλλο δεν συνάντησα κανένα πρόβλημα, αλλά τα έχω 1 ημέρα μέχρι στιγμής.
Ενημέρωση:
Μετά από αρκετή χρήση, κατεβάζω τα αστέρια στο 1 από τα 4 που είχα βάλει αρχικά. Ο λόγος είναι η ποιότητα του ήχου και, αφού το σύγκρινα με άλλα ακουστικά φίλων, τόσο πιο οικονομικά όσο και πιο ακριβά, μπορώ να πω ότι είναι τα χειρότερα που έχω ακούσει ποτέ.
Όσον αφορά τη "διόρθωση" με το EQ, παρότι λειτουργεί, έχει δύο μειονεκτήματα.
Πρώτον, επειδή πρέπει να αφαιρεθούν συχνότητες από τη μεσαία περιοχή, η συνολική ένταση μειώνεται και, σε συνδυασμό με το γεγονός ότι η ένταση ήταν ήδη χαμηλή, γίνεται εντελώς αδύναμη.
Δεύτερον, η ποιότητα του ήχου, ακόμα και με τη διόρθωση του EQ, εξαρτάται από το πώς τα ακουστικά θα κάτσουν στο αυτί, διότι λόγω κακού σχεδιασμού δεν υπάρχει μία και μοναδική "σωστή" προκαθορισμένη θέση. Αντίθετα, μπορούν να τοποθετηθούν με διάφορους τρόπους, κάτι που επηρεάζει δραστικά τον ήχο.
Όσο για τη σύγκριση που έκανα με τα άλλα:
1. Huawei Freebuds SE 2: Μια χαρά ήχος για τα λεφτά του. Όχι κάτι το ιδιαίτερο αλλά δραστικά καλύτερα από τα JBL.
2. Xiaomi Redmi buds 5: Λίγο ανεβασμένα μπάσα κατα τα άλλα οκ. Δεν μου αρέσουν λόγω ότι χρησιμοποιούν μαξιλαράκι που δεν προτιμώ, αλλά στο θέμα του ήχου σαφώς ανώτερα των JBL.
3. Apple air pods 2: Τα καλύτερα που άκουσα απ'όλλα. Πολύ ισσοροπημένος ήχος, και τα πιο άνετα στο αυτί μου.
