    The sound is good (not amazing but I didn’t get TWS for peak sound imaging and clarity), battery is ok, quite compact BUT the app is terrible. I’ve managed to connect to the earbuds from the app 2-3 times and I’ve tried a thousand things (reinstall the app, unpair and pair the earbuds, update Android, restart the phone, etc. etc.) and it just doesn’t want to work except for a few rare occasions when it just decided to cooperate.

    If I can’t take just one earbud out of the case and have it by default on noise cancelling or just have the whole system deactivated, or at least be able to open the app like a normal person and turn it off myself, instead of having it on ambient aware and hearing the hurricane in one ear, it’s just unacceptable. If the app works for you, it’s an ok product, but for this money, such a problem is simply unacceptable.

I’ve managed to connect to the earbuds from the app 2-3 times and I’ve tried a thousand things (reinstall the app, unpair and pair the earbuds, update Android, restart the phone, etc. etc.) and it just doesn’t want to work except for a few rare occasions when it just decided to cooperate.

    If I can’t take just one earbud out of the case and have it by default on noise cancelling or just have the whole system deactivated, or at least be able to open the app like a normal person and turn it off myself, instead of having it on ambient aware and hearing the hurricane in one ear, it’s just unacceptable. If the app works for you, it’s an ok product, but for this money, such a problem is simply unacceptable.
