Pyrat is a blend of 9 different spirits from all over the Caribbean, which have matured for 15 years in American and French Limousin barrels. Light, reddish-orange color, with a sweet aroma of orange, vanilla, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Very sweet aromas - almost like Triple Sec. The taste is dominated by orange, mandarin, and lemon, followed by vanilla and brown sugar, and perhaps a hint of cinnamon and pepper that provokes it. Sweet finish with a lasting orange flavor.
