BOMELINN is a dietary supplement containing bromelain, a patented complex blend of proteolytic enzymes from the pineapple peel (Ananas comosus). It has a strong action against inflammation, swelling, and pain, as well as improving the breakdown of secretions and fibrin, while regulating the immune system.

The BOMELIN product contains the patented Bromeyal composition, which has a beneficial effect on inflammation, pain, and swelling accompanying conditions of the motor, reproductive, and respiratory systems, as well as after surgical interventions.

Reduction of swelling, pain, and inflammation is recommended in the following conditions:

• Osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis
• Sports injuries (fractures, sprains, dislocations)
• After surgical and dental interventions
• Mastitis, endometriosis, and postpartum
• Prostate inflammation
• Facilitating breathing and breaking down secretions in case of inflammation of the nose, sinuses, and bronchi

The duration of administration and doses include:

• Osteoarthritis - 1 tablet per day, for 1 month.
• Rheumatoid arthritis - 1 tablet per day, for 1 month.
• Sports injuries - 1 tablet per day, for 2 weeks.
• After surgical interventions - 1 tablet per day, for 2 weeks.
• Rhinitis, sinusitis, bronchitis - 1 tablet per day, for 2 weeks.
• Dental interventions - 1 tablet per day, for 2 weeks.
• Mastitis - 1 tablet per day, for 2 weeks.
• Postpartum - 1 tablet per day, for 2 weeks.
• Endometriosis - 1 tablet per day, for 6 months.
• Prostate inflammation - 1 tablet per day, during antibiotic therapy.
• Dyspepsia - 1 tablet per day, during meals.

The maximum duration of continuous administration is 6 months.
