The All Test Fecal Occult Blood test qualitatively detects human hemoglobin in stool as an indication of hidden bleeding. It is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay using two antibodies, with a detection limit of 50 ng/ml or 6 μg/g of stool. Its accuracy is not affected by diet.

The result is read after 5 minutes. A positive result is indicated by two colored lines at positions C and T, while a negative result is indicated by one line at position C. If the control line C does not appear, the result is invalid.
