    Very good mouthguard, relatively easy to make, just needs a bit more boiling time than stated.. very good protection, much better shock absorption. Having 4-5 mouthguards of similar or higher price, I can say with certainty that it's worth the money 100%. If it were another more well-known brand, it would be at least double the price
