The MSW chain separator allows for the manual disassembly of motorcycle drive and timing chains. The set includes 3 pins in sizes 2.2 mm, 2.9 mm, and 3.8 mm. The tips allow for work on various chains ranging from 35 to 630. To separate the chain, select the appropriate tip and attach the included spring. Then, place them in the guide of the chain separator. Once they sit on the links to be detached, tighten the tension screw until the chain pin loosens. The tool also allows for re-stitching. The chain separator is made from durable carbon steel for long-lasting life.
