The series "Learning Turkish" is a modern method for learning the Turkish language. The first volume starts from the beginner level. Its aim is to help Greeks understand, read, write, and speak Turkish as correctly as possible.

It includes:

• Extensive Turkish-Greek and Greek-Turkish vocabulary

Each chapter contains grammatical notes without delving into exhaustive details. The texts refer to daily life, literature, and the culture of modern Turkey and are rendered in contemporary Turkish.

There are many written grammar exercises, which are key for understanding and mastering basic grammatical phenomena. The unknown words from the texts and exercises have been gathered in two vocabularies at the end of the volume to assist the reader in studying and solving the exercises.
