Quick-setting Repair Cement Mortar 3kg D-11 DuroStick

Properties

Quick-setting, special repair cement mortar, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. By simply adding water, a mixture is obtained that is workable for 7 minutes, while the hardening process begins after 15 minutes. The strength developed in one hour is equivalent to that of a regular cement mortar after 24 hours. It is classified as a repair mortar in the PCC R2 category according to EN 1504-3.

• Stabilization or repairs in electrical and plumbing installations.
• Electrical panels and junction boxes.
• Work in OTE, DEDDIE, and EYDAP manholes.
• Anchoring of machinery and installation of metal railings.
• Stabilization of plaster meshes internally and externally.
• Sealing of holes in concrete elements on floors, walls, or ceilings.
• Placement of corner braces.

Precautionary Measures

1. Surface Preparation: The substrate must be clean, free from loose points, dust, oils, and well dampened before application.
2. Application: Pour the D-11 SUPER FAST into a clean container with water, in a ratio of 3kg mortar to 0.7-0.8lt of water, stirring well until the mixture is homogenous. Each layer is applied at a thickness of up to 3cm.

Cleaning

Tools are cleaned with water immediately after use.

Storage

Keep in its factory-sealed packaging in dry, shaded areas protected from moisture and frost, for 10 months from the production date.
