In this first volume, following the Introduction to Property Law, the topics of property rights, things, possession, ownership, and title are addressed. In this work, however, as the integration of the Property Law of the Civil Code with the National Cadastre is now evident, especially regarding acquisition, loss, and protection of real estate ownership, a significant part of the book is dedicated to discussions that highlight the connection between the two fields and to interpretative solutions that find support in other areas, such as Cadastre Law and Civil Procedure Law.
