    I receive the product on 12/12/2026.
    No obvious damage. I open it, try to power it on via POE-IN, it doesn't start. I try 3-4 different injectors of different types, and nothing, dead.

    I send it back the same day as defective. After a month I get a replacement, saying they couldn't repair the previous one.

    I open the new one, same scenario but this time there was obvious moisture inside the box and the device to a considerable degree.

    I try to power it on with POE-IN, nothing. I try different POE-INs again, nothing.

    Second time in a row and again I'll have to wait a month for a replacement, which I will not accept. I want my money back and I will never buy from this company again.
