The general-purpose mechanical connector allows you to terminate a single-mode fiber optic cable with an SC/APC plug without the time-consuming soldering and polishing of the plugs.

Sterile conditions are not required for connecting the quick connectors, as the fiber optic endface has been polished and glued under laboratory conditions, eliminating the effects of inaccurate cutting or a small gap between the incoming end of the fiber.

The optical fiber and the installed fiber inside the plug provide a unique solution using a transparent body in the connector. During the assembly of the connector, an optical fault locator should be connected, allowing the installer to continuously monitor its quality.

The absence of red light in the plug indicates a perfect connection for terminating fiber optic lines, ideal for traditional glued optical connectors. They are highly recommended for telecommunications, FTTH, television, surveillance systems, as well as for backbone, MAN, and WAN networks.
