  • Maximum WLAN Speed

    Theoretical maximum speed with one wirelessly connected device, mainly used for marketing purposes. The speed that each connected device will have depends on the distance, obstacles, how many other devices are connected, how many other networks exist in the same area, etc.

    They transmit signals on two frequencies. They offer higher speeds compared to single and connect more devices. The 5Ghz provides higher speeds than the 2.4Ghz but is more sensitive to obstacles (e.g. walls) that reduce its range. This difference, as well as its more limited use, helps to have fewer interferences from other networks.

The GWN7605LR features a controller-less network management architecture, where the controller is embedded in the product's web interface for easy management of locally deployed Wi-Fi access points. It is also supported by GWN.Cloud and GWN Manager, Grandstream's Wi-Fi management platforms. It features cutting-edge technology for advanced Quality of Service (QoS), fast roaming, mesh networks, captive portals, support for over 100 concurrent clients, and dual Gigabit network ports. It is an ideal Wi-Fi access point for real-time applications sensitive to latency.
