After 10 years of daily use, it stopped working.
I don't think I'll find such an espresso machine again.
I took it to the technician and he told me the heating element is burnt due to a water leak. Unfortunately, it's not worth repairing it.

We have had it for many years, about 7, and I have no complaints. Very reliable. I remember I bought it for around 140 euros, I don't know if it's worth giving 300 euros that it costs now.

I have bought 2. One 5 years ago and one less years ago. I wouldn't change it for anything. I make around 3 coffees a day all these years. Perfect

I bought this machine 6 years ago. I'm making 3-5 coffees per week (espresso, cappuccino, Fredo). It works perfectly as the first day. I enjoy the coffee more than the average of the coffee shops.

Good coffee maker, The coffee is good for people who just want to drink a coffee. If it withstands over time, the rating will be upgraded. The problem is the excessive water it releases in the drainage container (where the cups sit on)

The worst thing I have bought in a home coffee machine. Misleading from the reviews of those who have no idea about a good home espresso coffee. You only pay for the name in the 3440. The handle that holds the filter does not give you the option to use an open basket for better extraction, the steam is not powerful, the Black & Decker that has the same operating system makes much better coffee and strong steam. But still, I am in favor of the Ariel km 501r at 50 euros, whoever has bought it knows, otherwise if you want quality that will reach a professional level, go for a lelit machine.

Truly a gem in the kitchen. I had a huge, heavy Krups and this one is feather-light! Excellent construction materials, delicious coffee, and most importantly, it makes frothy milk without much effort. With the previous one, I couldn't achieve it no matter what. Easy to use. I recommend it!

Very good household machine, fast and with a good frother. I prefer that it's not automatic and stops on its own, but I choose when to shut off the water supply, depending on my preferences at that moment. The construction seems average and it's lightweight, which I didn't like when I first held it in my hands, but its functionality convinced me immediately. With the coffee I prefer (personally from Coffee Island), I make better coffee at home than what I get outside. I've had it for 3 years and I am fully satisfied. Especially with the price I see it has now, almost half the price from when I bought it, it's a great opportunity for someone looking to buy. My opinion is only for espresso.

I have had this espresso machine for over 7 years. So far, it's a champ, 2023.
I ended up with this particular espresso machine because I had bought another one that leaked water on the first use. It's nothing special, but it makes good coffee and quickly, I would say. Anyone who doesn't have high demands for their coffee and just wants a good and fast cup, it's the perfect espresso machine.
I deduct one star because it's mediocre in appearance and one star because I can't easily find spare parts at a good price.

I have had it for about 5 years, it makes very good espresso coffee. I mainly used it for freddo espresso, lately I also use it for frothed milk and with a little effort it makes very good. I usually buy lavazza from sm coffee and it suits what I want. In short, it is worth its money in simplicity and quality. It has paid for itself at least 3 times so far. P.S. As for the espresso, the coffee is quite good, for the money it's value for money. Now, as for the frother, it depends on the machine's mood. I use a milk frother and the same full milk (family size). With the same technique, sometimes the result is awesome like from a professional machine, other times it's tragic. Usually, the noise of the machine is deafening when the frother is not working properly. But for espresso only, as I said, it's worth it!

During the initial period of use, it seems like a good purchase. Without being experts in coffee, the only thing for sure is that we have greatly recovered the cost of purchase based on daily consumption.

Update... Almost 1 year after the purchase, the product is very good and meets the quality of at least the espresso that I drink to an exceptional degree. The sure thing is that we saved a lot of money from the orders!

Excellent, I have had it for 5 years and it hasn't had any issues. I clean it with vinegar whenever I remember and yet it still works perfectly!! The frothed milk turns out excellent as long as you know how to make it, and the coffee turns out perfect with cream! I would buy it again without a second thought!!

We have had it for about 4 years and I have to say that for its price, this machine is unbeatable! It heats up quickly, makes thick foam, produces very good frothed milk (I knew how to work the nozzle due to my profession, but there are definitely videos to learn from) and is quite easy to clean. The only downside, as someone else pointed out, is that the water container is somewhat small and needs to be emptied almost daily. It is definitely worth it without a second thought!

After six years of use, it still operates like a brand new coffee maker. I clean it regularly with white vinegar. I will buy the same one for my daughter, who is now a student.

Initially, I was disappointed with the coffee it produced, but then I tried other blends and realized that the machine is unbeatable. The froth comes out easily, it just takes a little practice to find the right container and the right amount. There are three things I don't like: it fills up the sink quickly, the spout is small, and I drink a lot of coffee.

I had the XP 4000.
Which after 15 hard years gave up the ghost.
I was concerned about its replacement.
But my new 3440 does everything just as well and with much less noise.
Don't think about it, the machine is a best buy

Here fits the saying "you get what you pay for"! A Krups machine couldn't be bad. In this case, it deserves the title VFM (Value for money). After a year of daily use, I highly recommend it without any "maybe and yes but".

The machine is terrible. The whole construction is fake, the coffee is a black liquid with foam on top and not crema. For a decade, I had the Krups XP-522, which was perfect, it can't be compared to this one, neither in construction nor in coffee quality. It's a shame, I think I wasted 160 euros because I have to search for another machine

What I will comment on first is the noise it makes, like a steamboat leaving or water leaking from a leaky boat. It's a shame and unfair for the price it is

I have had the coffee shop for a year now. It works perfectly like the first day. It is easy to clean. Yes, it is not a professional coffee shop, but personally I consider the result in the coffee excellent. It is definitely worth its money!!!!

The only complaint is that the nozzle is practically useless as it simply shakes the milk and doesn't change anything. Other than that, it is a good espresso machine.

I give it 5 stars because personally it covers me like a machine. It heats up quickly, makes a nice foam, it is economical and I like its design.

I have been a lover of espresso for years, and I bought this machine because I was impressed by the reviews it had. Now that I am one of the lucky owners, I highly recommend it... the best machine among household ones with professional consistency!
The only household machine out of all the ones I have tried that makes the perfect frothed milk that professional machines would envy, with all the weight of my words, years of creating cappuccinos...!!!

I have had this particular machine for almost 4 years and I believe that if it ever breaks, I will buy the same one again. It is a very good espresso machine and for its price, it is the best! The foam it produces is very good! I highly recommend it! If I have to give a negative comment, it is that the detachable base fills up relatively quickly and needs to be emptied frequently, otherwise it overflows!
