It seems very good but it has one drawback, it has a very strong recoil and you have to stop it more gently despite the spring it has to absorb the impact... also it has no protection and if it falls down it is exposed from all sides and there is a chance that the hook in front might bend. Nevertheless, it seems good and accurate as class 1 says and the tape is very strong, it does not break easily and you can measure at a long distance.
