Organic Whole Cold Pressed Tahini - 300 gr

Activation of the seed as applied in the production process of Raw Unroasted Tahini. The sesame seeds are heated to 65°C and the sesame paste is processed at a medium thermal load (40-42°C) in order to retain 65 to 70% of the vitamins found in raw unroasted tahini. The machines used in the processing of the seed are of our own design and unique, aimed at ensuring continuous control of the organoleptic and nutritional elements of the sesame mass throughout its entirety.

Due to the above, the seed retains a large part of its relative moisture, and we have the least possible burden on its oil. This process results in tahini with high fluidity, a full taste, and aromas of roasted sesame with notes of pistachio and hazelnut dominating its aftertaste.
