The Smith for the Super Gym 1 includes a 20 kg bar (214 cm) with a maximum resistance of 400 kg. Top-quality high-precision linear bearings ensure the well-known experience of Bodycraft machines. With a simple wrist turn, secure the bar into one of the 20 positions available on the Smith. The distance between each position is 7.5 cm. To prevent injuries, there are adjustable safety stops with springs, so even if the bar slips, it will stop at the position where you have placed the stops.
