  • Very good for its price and its job. In the future, an 800 grit stone will also be needed for sharpening.

Very nice blade, it is thin in thickness which serves for various uses (e.g., cleaning fruits) and can be sharpened quite easily to remain extremely sharp.

This one, due to the material of the blade (carbon steel), requires a little attention, mainly wiping off moisture after use. The corresponding Inox models require less attention, at the cost of slightly more difficult sharpening and a less sharp blade.

Its cost (at 10-12€) is ridiculous for the practical value it offers and its long lifespan.

It needed a little care at the beginning, it came very sharp but had quite a bit of burrs from the factory sharpening. I don't know if it's common or just happened, in any case, it can be fixed in 5 minutes.

Much better than the regular blade. For those who buy it to use it, it is definitely worth it.
