The Train Sim World 4 Centenary Edition game for PS4 simulates driving trains on iconic railway routes. It includes the East Coast Main Line, where express services run between Peterborough and Doncaster using the LNER Azuma and Flying Scotsman. At the Training Center, players learn the basics of driving different types of trains before taking to the tracks.

Free Roam mode lets players choose a train and drive it freely along the routes. Photo and Gallery modes save snapshots, while Scenario Planner and Delivery Designer provide creation tools. Creations can be shared with other players through the Creators Club.
