The 10-Liter Brown Clay Casserole is ideal for healthy and delicious cooking. This casserole keeps food juicy and full of flavor. It is suitable for cooking in a traditional oven, built-in oven, gas oven, electric oven, or microwave. Additionally, it can be used over an open fire, in a fireplace, and in wood stoves. It is prohibited to place it on an electric burner and to make sudden temperature changes.
The casserole retains the vitamins and trace elements intact, as the even distribution of heat allows the ingredients to mix without drying out.
It is made in Greece from clay that is glazed on the inside and outside, suitable for food contact. It has been fired at 1,100 °C and features a clay lid with embossed designs.
