I got it for my parents and I was satisfied. The ringtone is quite loud, so they can hear it without difficulty. It has a nice and simple menu, easy to use, even for people who are not used to technology. The speakerphone works very well and the sound is clear. I highly recommend it.

Large keys. Easy-to-use keyboard. Large screen. The only drawback is that the earpiece volume is low, most of the time you need to use the loudspeaker.

Perfect phone. I have gotten very comfortable with it. Big buttons and I can see the numbers without glasses. The battery lasts two days when fully charged. It has speakerphone and I don't need to hold the device when I'm working. Overall, I am very satisfied with this phone.

very poor call quality, the interlocutor constantly hears their own voice...the menu is difficult to use and although it is intended for the elderly, the battery indicator is not visible even with a magnifying glass....discharges in record time...unfortunately it is for the trash.

Daily use at work. Satisfactory device. The only problem we face is that it does not display recognition on incoming calls even though they are saved in the phone's contact list. It does show the caller's number but does not display the saved name from the list.

It was purchased for my elderly parents due to the large size of the buttons and the legible numbers, but that's about it. After a year of moderate use, the speaker broke, resulting in them only being able to hear with the speakerphone on. For 40 euros, I would expect it to last more than 1 year!

From the best wireless phones with very good sound and very durable. The large buttons and relatively small size are convenient regardless of age. I have bought two. One of my parents' works flawlessly for five years and the other one in my house I have had for over three years without any problems and with several drops. The batteries hold up well, but in both houses we don't talk on the phones constantly for hours to have pushed them. The only slightly negative thing is its menu, especially when trying to see the recent calls, but it's not something terribly difficult.

This year marks 2 years since I have it. For the past year, I have definitely had a problem with its charging. No matter what battery I put in, whether it's high or low capacity, it discharges immediately if it's not on the base. It needs to be constantly on the base, which I don't want, so I will look for a new one. And where it charges, the talk time is at most 1.5 hours. And because I had a Motorola before, which despite all the bad reviews, lasted me 5 years and then suddenly broke, starting with the unresponsive buttons, I will not buy the same brand again.

I got it for my 87-year-old grandmother, she uses it just fine for basic functions, calling and answering. The only downside compared to a Panasonic she had is that this one doesn't have backlight on the keys and she can't see them well in low light conditions

First day with this phone but I will come back. First impression so-so. Terrible melodies and volume. Screen is fine as well as the keyboard. I would like better melodies and a little more volume. Nothing else. It's a matter of taste... The batteries didn't last at all.

The sound intensity as well as the size of the digits is very satisfactory, especially for elderly individuals. We have not encountered any problems with battery life, although we do not have a complete opinion yet as we do not leave it off the base for long. The only mistake we made and then corrected is that when we lifted it off the base to answer a call, we would press the green button, so the caller would hear that your call is on hold. Therefore, we concluded that when we lift it off the base, we do not press the green button, we simply speak.

Very good wireless phone especially for elderly people. Perfect in every aspect except that it requires frequent charging - every other day for sure - and this with a higher capacity battery that I bought after market since the one included in the set is small.

Interesting device.
It was purchased to meet the needs of an elderly person with difficulty in typing speed.
Unfortunately, on VoIP lines, there are a few seconds between the numbers you type, resulting in the elderly person who is delayed in pressing the numbers constantly dropping the call.
The only solution that can meet this need is a wireless device (because you first press all the numbers and then the green button, something that wired phones do not have) with large buttons and desired speakerphone for convenience.
This phone covers all these features.
The only observations I have to make are that a) the speakerphone button should be larger and b) it could be more stable when the handset is placed on the base, because this way the advantage of typing as if it were a stationary phone is lost (which might be convenient for the elderly) and c) the rechargeable batteries included in the package are a joke, at some point they will need to be replaced with better ones.

Very good phone, nice design, beautiful blue screen color, large readable buttons, strong ringtone with nice options (usually ringtone options are few and common). Negative maybe that you don't see incoming missed calls and the numbers you have already called immediately. Generally, though, a very good choice.

I bought it mainly for my elderly father. It is easy to use with clearly labeled answer and call end buttons.
The volume is very good during ringing and when speaking.
I have had it since 1/04 and I haven't charged it yet, although the usage is minimal. The range is satisfactory, I would say.
The only negative is the menu. It is not particularly user-friendly but it is good.

After a one-meter fall on a wooden floor, the hearing aid completely broke, without any external damage. It makes a loud noise in response and does not work at all when tilted, even though it is supposed to be suitable for the elderly. The reason for the fall is the unsuitable base. I expected something like this to happen as soon as I placed it, but not for it to become useless.

The menu is not as user-friendly.. it constantly needs charging.. after 20 minutes of talking, it completely discharged, resulting in it shutting down.. it loses a bit of time even though I added three to four extra minutes from the regular time, it didn't maintain them but lost 2 minutes from the regular time...

What can one say! I have had it for about a year. While it works very well in all areas, suddenly it displays the word "UNKNOWN" on the screen and stops working for no reason. The same thing has happened to dozens of other consumers. The company does not provide answers and the phone is useless, in other words, it's garbage.

It is not wireless, there the Motorola has delivery.. the old one lasted 3 years, let's see how long this one will last. It was bought because it simply has big buttons, the others like Panasonic and AEG are just toothpaste.

The purchase was made 11 months ago. He didn't even have the time and has an issue with the green button. You press it and you hear nothing. You have to turn on the speaker to hear your interlocutor. This problem shouldn't have occurred, even before the time ran out and with moderate daily use. Also, the menu is not user-friendly. It was purchased for an elderly person, with the sole criterion being the large (legible) buttons.
Otherwise,... the treasure is coal!
